John is the founder and President of Kopac Consulting. John has more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in Big Four public consulting and international corporations. John specializes in accounting finance and supply chain management. John has gained his reputation consulting for over 150 major clients across multiple industries including energy and utilities, manufacturing, retail, distribution, waste management, banking and financial services, and high technology. This experience provides him the opportunity to implement multiple solutions in a variety of corporate settings.
Prior to Kopac, John was a Director at Protiviti in their Business Risk practice. John's consulting experience during his nine-year career with Arthur Andersen and Protiviti included supply chain and operational improvement projects, risk management and operational auditing. John also worked several years with KPMG as an SEC financial auditor in their Manufacturing Retail and Distribution practice and in industry as an operational auditor and in operations.
John has a Certificate of Management in Energy from Rice University, an MBA in Managerial Control from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland.
John has multiple certifications including: Certified Masters of Business Administration (CMBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified in Control Self Assessment (CCSA) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and is accredited by the Institute of Internal Auditors in Internal Audit Quality Assessment and Validation, (2005).
Mario is a Supply Chain, Project Management and Training SME. Mario has over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in several industries. Within these industries, Mario has performed consulting, supply chain management, operations, project management, and customized training/development functions. This experience provides Mario the opportunity to apply diverse solutions in a variety of settings both nationally and internationally.
Mario’s major projects include completing needs analysis for several logistics and manufacturing clients, managing multiple oil & gas projects, lean initiatives and implementation of supply chain structures. Mario has expertise in operational improvements. Mario has completed customized training and organizational development for several manufacturing clients.
Mario has held different leadership positions in organizations such as Tech Data and Trane. Mario is also a university professor at American Public University, University of Phoenix, and Colorado Technical University. Mario teaches the following university courses: supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, business, and leadership.
